Stork pictures that didn't post last week. I borrowed a friend's camera to take these pictures. I like the fact that my Ukrainian friends have a better camera than I do. Things are really changing here now!

Stork in the Nest

Storks almost always use the same nest year after year. People are happy to have them return in the spring, and it's considered good luck to have a stork nesting by your house.
One place I know used to have storks come every year until something happened which the storks didn't like, and they quit coming. But we just visited this place and the first thing our friends told us is that the storks have returned. It made me very happy to see that, they had been gone for maybe 4 years, but they were compelled to return because they knew it was their home.
