This post is just a link to a Norwegian online television report on an American living here. The interviewer speaks Norwegian, but she answers in English. Like I say, all she needs is an extention cord or two. No, she needs to develop the waterfall in her backyard to produce electricity. Isn't electricity the cleanest form of energy around?

Are you inclined to be this much of a purist? I admired her stamina and zeal but, no could do! I'd need LOTS of extension cords.
no, this isn't my style at all...I like to be practical and efficient, you noticed what I said about the possibility of making her own power station...no, instead she brings a tap into the house. Who will thank her for saving a piece of the planet the size of a postage stamp? No one, will her kids follow in her footsteps? absolutely not. Is she even happy? I don't think so. Her eyes have an obsessive look to them is what I think. oh, but her husband is a fox, no, I mean a werewolf.
Wow. Talk about a one-woman crusade to save the planet. Seems a tad more than over the top, but to each his (or her) own, I guess. Without knowing Norwegian I couldn't tell which one was the husband, Handsome Young Man or Old Bushy Beard, but neither put in more than a cameo appearance and it's interesting that the spouse doesn't seem to figure greatly in the scheme of things. It's definitely her show, poor misguided woman.
