Head scarves are so uncool here in the states. I remember how they kept my head warm when I was a kid and didn't totally ruin my hair. I wonder if I could design some really cool scarves and start a new trend.
I saw one of these on the train the other day and took a pic of it for you... but it didn't turn out. Looked at it and thought- Oh, that's Norwegian. Same black checked pattern. :)
ya, I like the western bandanna way of tying them; don't like 'em otherwise...
